My app is not receiving any data
The most common problem is usually an Internet interruption. If your app is not receiving data then most likely you are offline.
Why is Reposit offline?
There can be a couple of reasons as to why Reposit is offline, it can be if you have recently made any changes to your internet connection or if it has lost power, you can check if there is a blue/white light on the Rpeosit controller. Recently changed internet providers/modem/Wifi password?
If it's a wired connection to your Reposit system please check for any loose cables that are not connected to your new modem.
In case of Wifi Connection: If you have changed or upgraded your router, our friendly Support Team will be able to help you to connect your Reposit Box to your new router. All you would need to do is to set up a hotspot connection on your mobile phone to your Reposit Box. Once the connection is established, our Support Team will be able to connect it to your new router. The details of how to do this are described below:
Step 1: Set up a mobile phone hotspot next to the Reposit Box and set the name and password of the hotspot to the following:
Phone Name: RepositInstall
- iPhone: Settings>General>About>Name OR
- Android: Settings>More(in wireless & networks)>Tethering & portable hotspot
WiFi Password: InstallerReset
- iPhone: Settings>Personal Hotspot OR
- Android: Settings>More(in wireless & networks)>Tethering & portable hotspot
Step 2: While this mobile hotspot is up, give us a call on 1800 773 851 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm) so that we can connect your Reposit Box to your new router.

If Reposit is offline, is my solar and battery working?
If Reposit controller is powered on, it will be working as expected, but won’t be able to send any real-time data to the App. The Reposit Box uses the best information it has already collected to make decisions and it stores up to 8 days' data until your Internet connection is re-established.
This means that when your home’s Internet connection goes down, your battery and any controllable devices are still working for you, and your comfort and power bill are still managed by the Reposit Box at your house.
If Reposit is powered off then you will have to reach out to your installer to look into the system, with loss of power to the Reposit controller the inverter will be making decisions to charge/discharge the battery.
