What are grid credits?
Gridcredits are dollars that your system earns for helping support the grid as part of Reposit's VPP. Whenever there is a grid credits event to help support the grid, Reposit will pay you $1/kWh for your energy. The notification tells you about when these events occur, and how much you have earned from them.
Gridcredits are independent of your retailer and are paid directly into your nominated bank account by Reposit each quarter.
How to enter my bank account details on the App?
- Use the Reposit smartphone app, you can enter your bank account details in the settings. Just click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard screen, and select "Payment Details".
- Enter your BSB and the account number.
- Otherwise, we can add details manually if you can send through an email to support@repositpower.com with the BSB and account number for the account you would like GridCredits deposited into.
How do I edit my payment details? How do I verify my account details are correct?
Click on the cog symbol in the top right corner, under "Payment Details". You will be able to see the last three digits of your BSB and account number.
There is no provision for editing the Payment details on the App for security reasons. However, you can drop an email from your registered email id to support@repositpower.com with the new bank account details and we can update the details for you.
Do grid credits expire?
Credits earned through Reposit's GridCredits operations don't expire. They are settled quarterly, and if bank account details aren't available, the credits are held until we are given payment details, so you won't lose those credits.
I have received the payment notification but the amount has not been credited
The payments will reflect within the 2 weeks of the notification sent. Please call the support line at 1800 773 851 or drop in an email to support@repositpower.com if the delay is more than 2 weeks.
